[theqoo] ILLIT'S PROPOSAL REPORTEDLY SUBMITTED BY HYBE + BELIFT LAB + ILLIT IN THEIR LAWSUIT AGAINST CYBER WRECKERS

"This is a newly formed group. Based on this experience, Belift Lab began recruiting trainees in October 2020 by holding an audition called “WWW Untact Audition” to select final members for a new girl group, and from June 30, 2023, to September 1, 2023, through the audition program “R U NEXT?” broadcast on JTBC (Exhibit 3: Plaintiff Belief Lab’s audition and R U NEXT posters).

Plaintiff Belift Lab, drawing on its planning capabilities and a team of professionals with extensive industry experience, prepared for a considerable period of time and debuted the members selected as described above as “ILLIT.” In the process, Plaintiff Belift Lab independently planned the direction and growth strategy for the idol group “ILLIT,” conceived its concept, and implemented it (Exhibit 4: Plaintiff Belift Lab’s Debut Girl Group Direction_0920).

ILLIT's planning proposal submitted to the court on September 20

Belift Lab has been claiming that the planning proposal was already finalized in July.
(This is also problematic, as ILLIT's audition show was airing at the time, and the members were finalized in September.)
The reason is that a whistleblower's testimony emerged stating that the ILLIT director received the NewJeans proposal around August.
However, Belift Lab has yet to submit the July proposal in any of the ongoing lawsuits.

4. Ha...ã…‹ã…‹ Just let NewJeans go, seriously

5. I guess you thought the other side would give up if they sued them. They probably didn't expect it to go all the way

6. Hul

7. Why can't they just submit the July proposal then?

8. NewJeans, fighting

9. They ran their mouths everywhere but they had no evidenceã…‹
