1. This is a total public nuisance. The local government probably provided tax subsidies thinking it would be good publicity, spit that money back out!

2. I just pity the local government

3. We're telling you to scrap the whole drama that is distorting history...; Local governments will respond if you file a complaint, so please do it. They probably planned this knowing that the drama hit daebak but they should just scrap it and sue the drama production company for damages

4. Why do they not care about the public's opinion?????

5. I just feel bad for the local government and the staffs

6. Let's start a petition. Is this some kind of "Experience Tour of a Vassal State of South Korea"?

7. I know they prepared a lot, who'd knew that the drama would end like this?

8. Please read the room

9. Stop making a fuss

10. I guess an apology is powerful. They think that everything disappeared because they apologized

[theqoo] BYUN WOOSEOK'S APOLOGY OVER 'PERFECT CROWN'

Hello, this is actor Byun Wooseok.

Over the weekend, I was filled with anxiety and concern that my words might cause further harm. I am writing this with a heavy heart to those who felt discomfort and concern due to the production.

During the filming and acting process, I did not sufficiently consider the historical context and meaning embedded in the work, nor how it might be received by viewers. Through your feedback, I have reflected deeply and realized once again that, as an actor, I must approach not only my performance but also the message and context of the work with a greater sense of responsibility.

I offer my sincere apologies.

I would like to once again express my gratitude to everyone who has supported 'Perfect Crown' and Prince Lee An, and offered me advice. I pledge to approach my work with greater care and depth as an actor moving forward. I am truly sorry.

Sincerely,

Byun Wooseok"

1. To be honest, I thought he was just gonna remain quiet, so I'm a bit surprised he apologized. The actors did their part. If the production company and MBC or investors really want to resolve this situation, that's the right thing to do. Instead of acting like armchair critics just because he posted an apology

2. I'm so annoyed... it's better than not apologizing but The drama based on the Northeast Project has already wrapped up and is still streaming, so I wonder what good an apology would do...

3. Please practice acting more. This also doesn't feel like an apology. It's just an excuseㅋㅋ

4. To be honest, I thought he wouldn't apologize but he released a statement after all. I wish they'd just scrap the whole drama

5. Please apologize for your acting skills too

6. He should have clearly explained exactly what the problem was and apologized for it, but this feels too vague, like he's just saying, "Well, I guess I wasn't good enough." It leaves me feeling uneasy...

7. If you can't act, stop taking on lead roles

8. I just read IU's apology and came here. But why are both their statement so vague and catch-all. It's like they're thinking "How will this get received?"

9. It's right to apologize and this will be left in his dark past but they still need to scrap the show

10. We need to scrap everything related to this, this isn't something that can be resolved with just an apology

[theqoo] MEANWHILE, DISNEY PLUS KOREA IS WORKING HARDㄷㄷ

1. Making a fuss, they aren't reading the room at all. We need to take this down from OTT but they are still promoting it?

2. Where's the tact?

3. If you want to do business in Korea, read the room

4. I have no intention to subscribe to Disney+ looking at this. I will forever refrain myself from watching this show

5. Disney+ has no sense and no tact

6. Disney+ is into druggies so...

7. Take it down

8. Disney+ is so weird

9. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ They never change, ever since Snow Drop

10. Seriously, if they have any shame, they should take it down
