Lunchtime was delayed by about 30 minutes, but they acted as if the lunch time itself had been pushed back by 30 minutes.

If lunch is originally until 1 PM,

their intention was to rest until 1:30 PM because they started 30 minutes late.

8. It's true that it's a right, that's why we use this lunch hour. You must provide a break of at least 30 minutes for a 4-hour workday and at least 1 hour for an 8-hour workday 'during' working hours
