We would like to inform you that a guilty verdict has been handed down against the defendant in the case involving the production and sale for profit of deepfake videos featuring our agency's artists Karina and Winter, sentencing them to 2 years and 6 months in prison, an order to complete 80 hours of s****l violence treatment program, and a 7-year employment restriction order for child and youth-related institutions.

Our agency is closely monitoring reports from fans and major domestic and international platforms (Theqoo, Instiz, X, DC Inside, Nate Pann, MLB Park, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Ilbe Storage, Bobae Dream, FM Korea, Naver, Daum, etc.), and as announced in the previous quarter notice, significant results continue to follow, particularly in the aforementioned case and other deepfake-related incidents.

We have already secured numerous pieces of evidence, and with the assistance of platform companies and institutions, we are identifying the identities of anonymous posters. We hereby declare that we will respond sternly without any leniency or settlements regarding acts of spreading malicious rumors, disseminating false information, s*****l harassment, mockery, and producing and distributing distorted content.
