We are continuously monitoring and taking legal action regarding the creation and distribution of malicious posts targeting our artist, Jang Wonyoung.

Upon checking the progress with investigative authorities recently, we confirmed that investigations are underway to identify suspects and secure evidence in the complaints currently being filed by our company.

In particular, it has been confirmed that warrant procedures are in progress to secure subscriber information for domestic platforms such as Naver Blog and DC Inside, while international cooperation procedures are being pursued to identify authors and secure relevant information regarding overseas platforms such as X (formerly Twitter).

We are continuously collecting evidence regarding posts and actions that infringe upon the rights and interests of our artists through reports from fans and our own monitoring.

We are pursuing strong legal action, including criminal and civil measures, against confirmed illegal acts such as insult, defamation, dissemination of false information, s****l harassment and s****l insults, and invasion of privacy.
