[Nate] 2PM WOOYOUNG, REVEALS GAUNT APPEARANCE THAT HAD PEOPLE AROUND HIM WORRIED, "IN A CRISIS.. I LOST 6KG"

Wooyoung of the group 2PM revealed his recent appearance, showing significant weight loss.

On the SBS program [...] which aired on the 6th, the original "beast-dol" group 2PM, consisting of Jun. K, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, and Chansung, made an appearance.

Addressing concerns from those around him about his weight loss, Wooyoung revealed, "The styling team and others went beyond mere concern and told me I looked 'scrawny' or 'frail.'"

He went on to reveal, "I usually fluctuate between 67 and 68 kg when I'm active, but right now I'm at 62 kg. It's practically a disaster."

In response, Tak Jaehoon teased him by saying, "You're starting to look like Yoo Jaesuk without his glasses," while Boom advised, "You have to be careful, because losing cheek fat can make your mouth look like it's protruding a bit. That’s probably why the comparison to Jaesuk came up. You really need to watch out for that."

Hearing this, Wooyoung snapped, "I'm annoyed," eliciting laughter.

Meanwhile, Jun. K revealed the reason behind his increasingly improved appearance, stating, "I maintained my physique by sticking to a 'one meal a day' regimen for three years."

When asked what motivated him to become so disciplined in his self-care, he expressed his deep affection for his fans, saying, "I found myself wondering why the fans supported and loved us so much. That realization led me to reflect on the responsibilities of an idol, which is what prompted me to commit to this routine."
