However, ADOR declined to elaborate, saying, "We plan to announce NewJeans' specific activity plans and format only after discussions with the members have been fully concluded."

This marks the first full-group NewJeans content in about two years. Following the dismissal of former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin, the group became embroiled in a conflict with the agency and announced the termination of their exclusive contracts during a press conference in November 2024. However, the court ruled in ADOR's favor, placing restrictions on the members' independent activities.

Afterwards, in November of last year, members Haerin and Hyein returned to the agency, and one month later, in December, Hanni also returned. Regarding Minji, ADOR stated that they are "holding positive discussions," while Danielle was expelled from the group.

ADOR notified Danielle that it was terminating her exclusive contract, concluding that she was significantly responsible for causing NewJeans' contract dispute, as well as for the members' departures and the delays in their return. ADOR is currently pursuing a damages lawsuit worth 33.1 billion won (US$24 million) against Danielle, her family, and former CEO Min Heejin.
