On that day, Song Jieun confessed that she had become more open about her true nature after getting married. “There was a time when my husband was actually quite surprised,” she began. “I grew up as an only child, and my parents were strict. I think I’ve had a ‘good girl’ complex since I was young. I lived a life where I couldn’t assert my own opinions and just went along with what the majority wanted.” 

Recalling their dating days, she continued, “Because I wanted to be loved and cherished by my husband, whenever he’d ask, ‘Jieun, should we do this?’, I’d say ‘Yes’ even if I disagreed, just to go along with him.”

However, things were different after marriage. Song Jieun confessed, “When we were dating, I’d just go along with him until I got home, but with marriage, you don’t just break up, do you? I had to keep being considerate all the time, and one day, I think my exhaustion must have shown on my face,” she confessed.

She added, “I told my husband, ‘Actually, I don’t even like eating this, and I don’t really enjoy that either. When we were dating, I always went along with what you wanted because I wanted to please you, but the truth is, I have things I want to do too.’”

Park We was reportedly very surprised by this. Song Jieun explained, “My husband said, ‘I married you because I thought we were the perfect match,’ but it turned out we didn’t get along on most things.” She continued, “He was so surprised, and with a sad look in his eyes, he asked me, ‘Have you been living like that all this time? Have you always lived a life just to please others?’” She added, “So now I’m completely honest with him about everything,” creating a heartwarming moment.
