2. The costs of the lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Defendants shall, jointly, 1) pay the Plaintiff KRW 100,000,000 (~72.4K USD) and the amount calculated at the rate of 12% per annum thereon from the day following the service of a copy of the complaint in this case until the date of full payment."

5. If you look at the court ruling, she had virtually no prior experience producing idols, while ILLIT was formed through a survival show, she wasn't involved in that program at all. So, neither the public nor Min Heejin could reasonably single her out or target her in this dispute, it just doesn't hold up. In fact, she was the one who posted that poster and the middle-finger gesture first. It really makes you wonder why the lawsuit even happened
