"The actual ground level has completely changed.

The water level reportedly rose up to 9 meters. Now that the water has receded, only mud remains, hardening like cement.

It's shocking... There are likely missing people underneath."

5. Hul...This was a true disasterㅠㅠ... Aside from the issue of the bodies, the cleanup could easily take years, or they might even give up on recovery altogether if things get bad enough. People are losing their homes and livelihoods.. It's truly devastating
