With news that other celebrities, including actress Shin Sekyung, actor Jang Geunsuk, BLACKPINK’s Jisoo, and television personality Seo Janghoon. have also signed contracts for units in the same development, attention is focused on the potential formation of an exclusive, star-studded neighborhood.

According to a report by TenAsia on the 22nd, Suzy recently signed a contract for a unit at "L'ARBRE 27," an ultra-high-end residential complex currently under development in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The complex consists of only 27 exclusive residences, with some units reportedly priced in the 40 billion KRW range.

With the addition of Suzy’s name to the list of residents, interest in ultra-luxury residential properties in Samseong-dong has intensified.

"L'ARBRE 27" is currently under construction at 90-20 Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. Developed by Hyundai Engineering & Construction, the complex will consist of two buildings, spanning five basement levels and seven floors above ground—comprising a total of 27 residential units. Unlike typical large-scale apartment complexes, it is designed for a small number of residents, emphasizing privacy and an independent living environment.

The residential types also differ from conventional apartments. The development offers various options, including garden houses with private gardens, terrace houses, and top-floor penthouses, allowing residents to choose according to their personal preferences. The price tags are staggering: the "super penthouse" on the top floor reportedly sold for around 40 billion KRW, while garden houses start at approximately 26 billion KRW. Terrace houses begin at around 14 billion KRW, with some units on the sixth floor reaching a sale price of approximately 19.5 billion KRW.

While it has not been disclosed which specific type of unit Suzy has chosen, the fact that she has signed a contract for one of the most exclusive and expensive residential properties in South Korea has drawn significant attention.
