Hello, we sincerely thank our members for using the 'bubble for INB100' service and would like to inform you about the termination of the service. As announced in our notice on September 30, 2026, artists 'BAEKHYUN', 'XIUMIN', and 'CHEN' sent messages regarding the termination of their service usage via bubble; however, this was not a matter agreed upon with our company in advance.

Since the contract for the bubble service signed by our company remains valid, we requested consultations multiple times through the artists' representatives to amicably resolve this matter, but the artists did not respond to our requests.

Subsequently, on October 7, 2026, we discovered that the artists had commenced service through a third party. We would like to inform you that this, too, was not a matter agreed upon with our company. We deeply regret that the situation has reached this point, despite our previous communication that the bubble service contract cannot be terminated solely by the artists' unilateral announcements. 

However, we have determined that it is difficult to provide full service to our members without the cooperation of the artists, and therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to our members, we have inevitably decided to terminate the 'bubble for INB100' service.

We would like to inform our fans regarding the termination of 'bubble for INB100'. 

Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin will cease using 'bubble for INB100' as of September 30, 2026 (KST). 

Accordingly, you will no longer be able to receive new messages via 'bubble for INB100' after this date, so please take note of this to avoid any inconvenience. 

We ask for your understanding and patience regarding this matter. We plan to provide a separate announcement as soon as a new space for communication with fans is prepared. 

We ask for your continued interest and support for the artists as they prepare for a new leap forward. 

Thank you."


On the 30th, they sent a termination message via the artist messaging platform, phrased to look like an official announcement, and launched the "Fromm" service. 

Bubble had attempted to reach an agreement but failed, leading them to issue the termination notice; however, there is talk that this move was permissible because the court had granted the injunction filed by INB100.
