[theqoo] PETITION FOR A PARLIAMENTARY INVESTIGATION INTO BURNING SUN AND FOR THE CANCELATION OF 'DOCTOR X' WERE BOTH POSTED ON THE SAME DAY

Petitions for a parliamentary investigation into the Burning Sun scandal and for the cancellation of the show Doctor X were both posted on the same day, and each reached 100 signatures within just 24 hours. Yet, the media has chosen to cover only the call to cancel Doctor X. Ultimately, the power the media wields lies in "agenda-setting." What if the call for a parliamentary investigation into Burning Sun had been the one highlighted instead? This is precisely why I believe media reform is so important.

original post: here

1. Trash journalists

2. The media is politics, everything is here to exert control over up

3. People always swear companies for "media play this, media play that" but it's proven that it works. The public just gets swept along whatever is pushed in the media. That's the reason why I stopped reading the newsㅋㅋ

4. Yup, it reminds me of that SA in the US college and how nobody covered it

5. We need to re-investigate Burning Sun

6. Can we do something about the media reform...? Even the general programming channels, which were originally boycotted by female-dominated online communities, ended up being eagerly consumed, what with all the trot music and the like

7. Every media outlet is corrupt

8. Does our country even have a single worthy media outlet?

9. Just how many times are we gonna read about the Burning Sun for them to do something?

10. We need a media reform so badly
