The line for merchandise sales had opened hours earlier, and fans were already being admitted into the venue, when, just 30 minutes before the show was set to begin, an announcement was posted on Instagram and Weverse stating that the event had been cancelled.

With tours in other cities fully booked right now and an Asia tour scheduled for next year, the rescheduled concert schedule remains uncertain; it is said that refunds will be processed once the new concert dates are confirmed.

Megan has been unwell since August and had even been on a hiatus due to an injury just a few days ago, which makes fans even less understanding of this kind of last-minute cancellation notice.
Many are even suggesting that the rest of the tour should just be called off so the members aren't pushed so hard.

1. They could have just performed without that one person, but the fact that they canceled it entirely makes me think the members might all be suffering from burnout... or maybe there’s some internal issue going on. And from the agency’s perspective, isn’t a cancellation just 30 minutes before the show a massive loss? They have to refund all the tickets, and they probably can’t even get a refund for the concert venue rental
2. Couldn't the other members have just performed instead?? 30 minutes before the show is wow... talk about a total lack of responsibilityã…‹ã…‹ This really serves as a clear precedent that trying to force foreigners into the Korean K-pop system is bound to fail. They just decided "whatever" and bailed
3. 30 minutes before??? ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹
4. Wait, why 30 minutes before?
5. Aigo, seeing the girls crying is just heartbreaking
6. What a complete mess
7. It feels like there’s absolutely no management of the members here...
This just makes Manon’s departure even more understandable
8. The other members could've performed just fine no? What is wrong with them;;
9. It’s not like it was a day in advance—=, canceling right at the last minute like this... Even if the remaining members had performed without having practiced, people would have been more understanding
10. It’s not the first time Megan has been ill, she’s been struggling with health issues for a while now (and it’s definitely not faking,she’s usually very hardworking...). I just don’t get how there was no "Plan B" in place. I’ve followed KATSEYE since their debut and really like them, but the management seems f*cking terrible...
11. They could have at least come out to say hello. I heard they have a lot of young fans, it’s so heartbreaking
12. Because of the sheer size of the U.S., attending a concert often involves buying expensive domestic flight tickets and booking hotels well in advance, the costs are astronomical. How can they be so irresponsible as to cancel on the day of the event? Is this even reasonable?
