The Korean Red Cross announced on the 4th that Keena donated 10 million won to help self-reliant youth (children without guardians) become self-sufficient.
This donation was done after the first time Keena had received settlement from her music profits and was considering using it for a meaningful purpose. When she was introduced to the Korean Red Cross's support activities for young people preparing to become self-reliant, she decided to participate in order to support the new beginnings and dreams of young people.
At Keena's request, the Korean Red Cross plans to use the donation for a program to develop the self-reliance capabilities of youth. The Korean Red Cross provides youth preparing for self-reliance with a mental stability program for psychological stability and customized items.
Keena said, “I am grateful to everyone who gave me the opportunity to help meaningfully,” and added, “I hope that the youth facing the harsh world will never give up on their dreams and continue to challenge themselves.”
