Both of them publicly supported and cheered for NewJeans. Jennie even sent them a cake, invited them to her concert, took photo booth pictures together, while aespa did a challenge with them calling it 'Bang-Stepz' took pictures together after award shows, and mentioned each other on their communication apps… Honestly, I'd feel a bit sorry for ILLIT and LE SSERAFIM since the victims in this situation are so clearly defined.
