What kind of insane company was it? 

The man reportedly handled schedule management and transportation for Johnny's Jr. 
According to the man, from around 1995 to around 2000, he engaged in oral s** and similar acts with about eight Jr. members inside cars during pickups and drop-offs. 
Most were high school students at the time, and he explained that he gave some of them a few thousand yen. 

In response to the interview, the man said, "I saw it as one form of interaction, but I did have thoughts that I might be making them feel uncomfortable. I think it amounts to 'SA.'"

1. So you need to go this far to be able to debut? And they won't debut you if you don't agree to do it?

2. This pretty much became pillow talk for the kids who debuted 

3. Ew... This is insane, that company is honestly freaking hopeless. I only feel bad for the victims 

4. This is so disgusting. The trauma must be huge 

5. Did they just leave the ones set to debut alone? Or did the ones who debuted know but pretend not to? Or are they staying quiet because they’re just grateful they got to debut, even after being victimized?????
I just don't get how this only came to light this much later

6. So the people who are part of the debut lineup are all victims, but they're so embarrassed of their past that they can't say anything, this is Japan 

7. This makes me want to barf. Imagine how many victims there are? Sigh 

8. I just don't get it. Why are they allowing the road manager to do this to the trainees??

9. Imagine what kind of atmosphere that company has... 

10. The manager is the one SA-ing the trainees????
